About
I'm a coach and physical therapist.
I've spent years thinking about how the body works - how it adapts, how it breaks down, how to train it intelligently. At some point I realized that nothing I was wearing reflected any of that.
Everything out there fell into two categories: generic motivation, or performance aesthetics. Neither had anything to do with how evidence-based practitioners actually think - what they know, what they believe, how they see training.
I didn't want to be inspired by a shirt. I wanted something that represented how I actually practice.
So I built EMPIRIC.
It exists for coaches, physical therapists, and evidence-based lifters who are done with noise. For people who know the difference between what sounds right and what the data says. Who walk into a gym, a clinic, or a classroom carrying a certain kind of rigor - and want that recognized before they say a word.
Every design is built around a real concept. The kind of thing you'd use in a session, write in a program, or argue about at a conference. Wear it, and the people who get it will get it immediately. The ones who don't - will learn something new.
That's the whole idea.
