Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return Email us at hello@empiricwear.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps. Please do not send items back without prior authorization — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Made to Order Because each EMPIRIC piece is printed to order, we are unable to accept returns due to sizing preference alone. Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
Damages and Defects Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@empiricwear.com. We will make it right.
Exceptions We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges To exchange for a different size, email hello@empiricwear.com with your order number and the size you need. Once your return is approved, we will process the exchange promptly.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at hello@empiricwear.com.
