190 GSM · 100% cotton · DTG print. Oversized drop-shoulder cut. Relaxed through the body and shoulder, so it drapes instead of clinging.

  • Oversized by design. Between two sizes, choose the larger one.
  • Sizes S to 2XL. Garment measurements in the Size guide.
  • 2XL is the largest size. The Fit Finder tells you when it wouldn’t give the oversized fit.
  • Direct-to-garment print: the ink sits in the fiber, not on top of it.

Care: machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not iron the print.

The concept. Hormesis.

Healthcare keeps putting fragile stickers on people. We make the other label. The body adapts to load. Getting stronger is that mechanism working as intended, not an exception to it. Within the right dose, a stressor makes the body more capable, not less. Toxicologists and exercise physiologists call that Hormesis. The print is built as an actual shipping label, using the same universal fragile symbol every package carries, except the glass is drawn whole instead of cracked. Same icon, opposite claim. Underneath the hero line: "Handle with load. Adapts under stress." The handling instructions, if the label were actually accurate.
