275 GSM · 100% cotton · snow washed. A loose, sleeveless cut with a round neck and a raw-edge frayed hem for a lived-in look. An everyday piece first, on its own or layered, and it works for training too.

The concept. Deep Stabilizers.

Control comes from deeper than what you can see, though not only from there. The deep stabilizers along the spine play a real role in trunk control and positioning, and they tend to get overlooked because the superficial muscles are the ones you can flex and see in a mirror. Both layers contribute. The deep system just rarely gets the credit. The print draws the layer that's easiest to forget. Not a claim that it's the only one that matters, just the one usually left out of the picture.

Minimal by design. The tank carries only the small front design from the CONTROL RUNS DEEP tee: a short section of the spine, drawn in detail, above the words CONTROL RUNS DEEP and a small EMPIRIC mark. Bone-colored ink, centered on the chest, and nothing on the back. The understated version is on purpose.

The build.

275 GSM, 100% cotton with a slight stretch, a heavier fabric than our 190 GSM tees. The snow-washed finish gives it a faded, lived-in look, so the tone and texture vary slightly from piece to piece. The raw-edge hem is left frayed on purpose. Sleeveless, with a round neck and a loose fit. An everyday streetwear piece first, worn on its own or layered, and it works for training too.

Garment measurements in inches. Chest is measured armpit to armpit with the tank laid flat, so double it for the full chest. Length runs from the high point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the hem. Shoulder is measured seam to seam.
